A solid balm that turns to a silky oil at skin temperature, then to a light milk with water. Olive squalane and cold-pressed sunflower lift long-wear SPF and mascara; sea fennel keeps the skin soft enough that you can skip a second cleanse on easy days.

Massage a fingertip of balm over dry skin for a minute, including the eyes. Add warm water to emulsify, then rinse or remove with a damp cloth.
