The terms that apply when you buy from Aune: orders, shipping, returns and your rights.
About these terms
These terms apply to every order placed on this site with Aune Atlantic Lda., a company registered in Portugal. By placing an order you accept them.
Orders and prices
Prices are shown in US dollars and include VAT where it applies. EU and UK orders are charged in local currency at the rate shown at checkout. An order is accepted when we send the shipping confirmation; until then we may decline it, for example if an item is out of stock.
Shipping
Shipping is free on orders over $75. Delivery times on the help page are estimates. Risk passes to you on delivery.
Returns and refunds
You have 30 days from delivery to return any product, opened or not. EU customers also keep their statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return.
Using our products
Patch-test new products, follow the directions on the pack, and stop using anything that irritates your skin. Our products are cosmetics and are not intended to diagnose or treat any medical condition.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer. Our liability for any order is limited to its value, except where the law does not allow this.
